Moments like this are so beautiful.

This amazing woman has been through hell over the last two weeks. A major car wreck. Bruises. Pain. Soreness. Sadness. Shock. Trauma.

Yet here she is. Breathing deep healing breaths. Stretching a sore body. Clearing a shocked mind. Warming a tender heart.

I could have wept when she walked in the door. Alive. Upright. On the mat.

So thankful to walk beside the inspiring women who show up for themselves. 💗
