Unfortunately we have to cancel the A&M VFD softball tournament we did not get the turn out we expected or wanted! However this is not the end this is just the beginning we would like to continue to build a team and continue to work hard at participating in local events that support our local community! We look forward to the next event! Keep an eye out for any updates or information regarding our softball team here!

As of right now we have two teams that have committed. We would like to have more than 10 for a greater payout. Do you know someone who wants to play but doesn’t have a team? Or do you know a team that may want to play.

Softball registration is October 8th at 5:30 PM! Late registration will be October 14th at 5:30 PM GAMES WILL BEGIN TO PLAY AT 7:00 if you sign up at late registration please be in full uniform ready to play😊

We want to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE that donated and came and played even during the storms for our softball fundraiser, however as most of you know it didn’t go as planned but even with that we did earn a little money which is amazing because it was like a flood! Sunday we had some folks show up and play for fun and it was a blast! Thank you again everyone for coming out and supporting us our next softball tournament is scheduled for the weekend of OCTOBER 14-16th. We are looking for anywhere between 16 to 20 teams. The more teams the bigger the payout. $200 for a team of 10.

FOR EXAMPLE IF WE HAVE 16 TEAMS @$200.

1ST PLACE WINNING TEAM WOULD HAVE $1280 to split with their team.

2ND PLACE TEAM WOULD HAVE $640 to split with their team.

This isn’t a huge paying out tournament this is a way to bring fun to the community as well as earning a little money for the fire department.

There isn’t a ton of rules it’s basic respect and pretty much the same rules that you would play in any other softball tournament this is a COED TOURNAMENT. But I will edit and add them soon so everyone can see them on this post.

SATURDAY OCTOBER 8th IS TEAM REGISTRATION DATE AND PLACE TO BE ANNOUCED

Fridays events include: (OCTOBER 14th)
⭐️LATE TEAM REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN
⭐️GAMES WILL BEGIN
⭐️ CONCESSION STAND WILL BE OPEN

Saturdays events include: (OCTOBER 15th)
⭐️VENDORS
⭐️FACE PAINTING
⭐️KIDS GAMES
⭐️SOFTBALL GAMES BEGIN AT 9:00 AM
⭐️CONCESSION STAND WILL BE OPEN

Sundays events include: (OCTOBER 16th)
⭐️This is just an extra day in case the tournament runs over we will not begin games until 12 as we understand this is a family day as well as church day.
If the tournament does run over any vendors who have signed up are welcome back to set up.

ALL VENDOR FEES ($25) AND PLAYER FEES ($200) WILL NEED TO BE PAID AHEAD OF TIME FOR US TO ENSURE WE WILL HAVE A GOOD TURN OUT AND A PAY OUT!

Thank you to everyone who supported &M A & M Volunteer Fire Station - Station 11 at our softball tournament in July. We appreciate you all for taking the time to eat and play with us even during the rain! Friendships were made and fun times were had thank y’all for all the donations and we looks forward to seeing you all in October!
