It's definitely been a turn-around season for the Randolph County Tigers! After finishing 2021 at 1-9, Coach Pat Prestridge's team is sits at 7-0 in 2022.

The cats from Wedowee remain unbeaten after a decisive win on "The Hill" this past Friday downing Walter Wellborn 41-14.

Much of the credit for the win goes to RCHS quarterback Avion Willis, who completed 9-of-11 passes for 96 yards and four touchdowns, earning him FNN's Week 7 PLAYER OF THE WEEK honors. The win moves Randolph County to 7-0 with 1-6 Beulah on the schedule at home this Friday before next week's region title showdown at unbeaten Dadeville.

Coach Prestridge, Willis, and other members of the Tigers team will join Jim, Joe, and James this Tuesday at Struts Wings in Oxford for the FNN Coaches Show starting at 7:00 PM.

We'll talk with Coach Prestridge about the turnaround season and present Willis with the Crystal PLAYER OF THE WEEK Award.
