One of my favorite things about pole is that it changes the way you see the world. Suddenly every playground, tree, or random pole becomes an invitation to play. 😂

Pole-bility is our 55 plus movement class for mobility, balance and a fun time moving our bodies to some music to build strength and confidence together! The goal is to not take yourself too seriously and have a good time dancing out life's stress!

I know it can feel intimidating to say, "I'm learning pole," but I promise it's so much more than people assume.

Pole fitness genuinely changed my life. During a really hard season, it gave me a way to move my body, challenge myself, and express a side of myself that felt strong, graceful, and feminine. It helped pull me out of a place I never thought I'd get through.

Is it hard? Absolutely. But the things that change us usually are.
