Chaos Casey and the Mürder She Rolled crew (Sunday ladies open mat at 1:30pm!) did a ladies team comp this weekend and came back with submission of the day, performance of the day, and first place 🏅Great job ladies!

Shoutout to Brittany Kreisler for putting on another cool event and giving people a place to show off their hard work.

In classic Mikes fashion, we didn't take a lot of pictures in Vegas for Master Worlds. We didn't come home with any golds, but we came home with two bronze medals and a new blue belt! SUPER proud of our whole crew of competitors that made the trip, and extremely grateful for the coaches that came with us.

Tuesday we had a great class on countering the guard pull with Professor Andrew Browne of Arise BJJ. Thursday we worked defending the backstep pass with some techniques the coaches picked up last week in New York at the A-Force 10 year anniversary training camp. It was a good week on the mats!
