MEMBERS ONLY FISHING LAKE – CARL JUNCTION, MISSOURI

We are looking forward to continuing the fine tradition of fishing that has been going on for many years. Single membership $200.00
Couple membership $300.00
Family membership $350.00

We hope to maintain the atmosphere developed over the years. Below are some rules which have served well in the past.

1. Minimum length on channel

catfish is 14 inches.
3. Anti-littering rules will be enforced. Please use the trash cans and call if you note a problem.
4. Electric trolling motors only.
5. Lake and grounds open from daylight until sundown, Monday –Sunday

6. Two poles maximum per person for all fishermen.
7. No license required.
8. Member may bring non-member visitors for $5.00per day on honor system. Please send check at end of year
guests.
9. Couple’s membership is for spouse or girl/boyfriend, or parent/child. No charge for children under 12 years of age.
10. Boats may be left overnight but at owner’s risk. We have had boats stolen and vandalized. Please send a
description of your boat to us if you leave it, including any identification numbers. Some people have
claimed ownership of boats that were not their own. Leave boats at your own risk, and wear life vests as
required.
11. We recommend life vests for all small children and for anyone who cannot swim when they are around the
lake, especially in a boat or on one of the docks.
12. Boats left unattended must be chained and locked to the cable located at the lake entrance. We may dispose
of boats not belonging to current members after January 1 of the next year.
13. Fishing in the small lakes across the old highway and at the spring is not permissible with your membership.
14. Do not use the gate next to the spring entrance for any reason. Use the main entrance only.
15. Pole fishing only. No limb lines, trotlines, throw lines, or jug lines. You must supervise your own poles at
all times.
16. No campfires. Grilling in a charcoal grill is fine, but only under the lights where the boats are tied up. Please
be sure the fire is out if you leave it unattended, and do not dump the coals or ashes into the lake.
17. The covered dock under the lights by the boats is private property and off limits to members, please.
18. Anyone caught worrying on the premises will be sent home at sundown! PLEASE NOTE: IF YO USE THE WOOD STOVE IN THE COVERED FISHING DOCK ON THE WEST END OF THE LAKE, PLEASE PUT THE FIRE OUT BEFORE LEAVING THE DOCK.
