The guy behind the programming, the chaos, the ridiculously loud yelling and the one we love to hate when we look at wodify. 😂

He works hard, loves this gym even harder, and never misses an opportunity to keep things interesting.

HIRING for childcare/front desk help!

We are looking for someone available 2 nights a week to help in the kids room, woke up front and help with light cleaning. Must be flexible on evenings available Mon-Thurs evenings MW 4-6 TTH 430-630.

Community Day is this Saturday at Joplin Strength & Fitness.

10am community workout (everyone welcome), will hang out directly after!
