Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this progressive series is designed to help you move with confidence, strength, and intention.
Over the course of 4-weeks, we’ll begin with the foundations of yoga—breath, alignment, and proper form in foundational poses. Each week, we’ll build upon these skills, gradually progressing into more flowing sequences, balance work, strength-building poses, and variations tailored to your individual needs.
