Drum roll please…. After very positive feedback and requests we along with Sara Ramsey are thrilled to announce: ✨Build Your Practice: A 4-Week Yoga Journey✨

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this progressive series is designed to help you move with confidence, strength, and intention.

Over the course of 4-weeks, we’ll begin with the foundations of yoga—breath, alignment, and proper form in foundational poses. Each week, we’ll build upon these skills, gradually progressing into more flowing sequences, balance work, strength-building poses, and variations tailored to your individual needs.

In this series, you’ll learn:

What an incredible morning on the mat🙌

We are grateful for Sara Ramsey and everyone who joined us this morning at yoga. The class was filled with people willing to step outside their comfort zones, challenge themselves in new ways and invest in both their physical and mental well-being.

There were plenty of stretches, a few wobbles here and there, lots of smiles and by the end, a room full of people feeling stronger, more focused, refreshed and ready to take on the weekend. 💪

If you missed this one, don’t worry. We have a feeling this won’t be the last time. 😉

We’re thrilled to welcome you all for Yoga with Sara Ramsey at S&S Fitness tomorrow, Saturday, June 13th at 10:00 AM.

Class will be held in the empty office space attached to the building with its own entrance. Look for the sign out front! If you happen to wander into the gym first, no need to panic!! We’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water. Cost is $15

Recently we’ve had multiple people both those visiting from out town and those that are local stop in and tell us the same thing:

“I had no idea this place was even here.”
or
“The building from 23 is totally deceiving and it’s way bigger than it looks. I can’t believe this.”

We get it.

What many people don’t realize is that we’ve been here since 1994. Same location. Over the last 32 years, we’ve continued expanding and improving the facility, growing it to more than 12,000 square feet dedicated to strength, training and overall performance. Coincidentally while writing this we realized we’re approaching the 9 year mark since Kristen and Azzie took ownership. So yay!

Anywho, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who’s stopped in recently for a workout and suggest we post a few extra photos of the inside. We appreciate all the compliments about the atmosphere, the people, the equipment, our focus on strength and training with a purpose. This place would be nothing without our committed members that are more of a family making this place feel like home. You all are the real MVPS! thanks for the suggestion to show off the facility a little more. Sometimes when you’re busy helping people get results, you forget that not everyone knows what’s behind the walls.

So here are a few photos of the gym. In case you need a little reminder, we offer nutrition coaching, personal training and are the proud home to Dr. Corbin Ford Atleta Physical Therapy . Keep an eye out for upcoming pop up classes throughout the summer.

If you’ve never been inside, come see what 32 years of building a strength-focused training facility looks like. The outside may not tell the whole story but the weights definitely do.

This yoga class is instructed by the incredible Sara Ramsey on Saturday, June 13th at 10am. It isn’t about becoming a human pretzel or whispering “namaste” for an hour. It’s built for stiff lifters, curious beginners, athletes and anyone whose body might sound like bubble wrap getting out of bed.
