is a second generation driver out of Circleville, Ohio with over 25 years of racing experience under his racing harness and plans for many more. Mike started his racing career in street stocks at the age of 16 and learned nearly everything from his father, Mike Wilson Sr. who is also a veteran racer, starting his racing career in the early 1960's. The father and son racing duo hit the Ohio Valley

area as tag team dirt partners until the early 90's, when Mike Sr. gave up his racing reigns to his 21 year old son to became crew chief and number one supporter for the team's transition into the Swartz Chassis late model in '92. then transitioned from Swartz to Rocket in '95 and this year will be his 19th season with the support of Mark Richards and Rocket Chassis. has had many accomplishments throughout his racing career, including having the honor of participating in the Battle of the Tracks in the Ohio Valley Region, while representing Jim Nier's KC Raceway the best he knew how.. Winning! has also won many other features in his racing career, been featured in Dirt Late Model Magazine and currently holds the track record at Midway Speedway. Mike is also an accomplished welder, as well as a top of the line fabricator. Mike and the Wilson Racing Team plans on racing his brand new Rocket Chassis Super Dirt Late Model around the Ohio Valley Region and hopefully picking up a well deserved win or two in the upcoming 2014 season. Qualifying - 13th out of 24.
Heat - Started 5th, finished 6th.
Feature - Started deep in the field at 16th. We were rolling pretty good and pulled off due to some nose damage.

But, made it home in one piece! 🤙🏻
