2026 season is about 2 months away.

As always, the upcoming schedule for the Ohio Valley Legend Car Series has been a highly anticipated release. We are excited to announce that the wait is over and the schedule has a plethora of new and exciting aspects while also keeping to our roots. Below we break down the elements of this expansive 2026 Schedule:

The Ohio Valley Legend Car Series Championship Campaign will consist of 15 races across 6 different tracks in 3 different states! Each driver's worst 3 points events will be dropped from their total and, as in years past, the top 4 drivers in points will be set equal going into the Finale on September 19th at Florence Speedway with the highest finisher in the feature event being crowned the champion.
The season will kick off earlier than in history with two straight weekends at Atomic Speedway. March 14th starts the year and then the next Friday March 27th we are proud to be BACK alongside the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for the Buckeye Spring 50.
July 4th is slated as TBA and will be released once details are confirmed with the race track.
Florence Speedway, along with adding INEX Sanctioned Legend Cars to their weekly slate, returns to the schedule 5 times in 2026. Florence is the most frequent stop on the tour and always produces great car counts and action with this season sure to be no different.
Lawrenceburg Speedway returns with a new event pushing the track to 3 Ohio Valley Legend Car Races solidifying the series' presence in Southeastern Indiana.
35 Raceway Park Bookends the holiday weekends again along with two other Saturday Nights of racing action pushing the Frankfort, Ohio 1/4 Mile's total to 4!

Attached to the schedule is also the brand new Blue Collar Racing Series with Atomic Speedway as the host. This series will have a separate championship points structure from the regular OVLCS events but will feature a full season of ๐พ๐ฌ๐ซ๐ต๐ฌ๐บ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ต๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ป racing action.
These events will focus on smooth, efficient race nights. Drivers are ensured to be done and headed home by 10:00 PM as time limits and format structuring will be strict ensuring drivers, fans and families can come, enjoy and be home in time for work on Thursday.
The Wednesday Night series events will also offer INEX points which is an added perk for those chasing State and National Championships in their respective classes.
