Looks like Izzy and Maggie retzlaff have been having a blast representing AHDP at Velocity Dance Convention nationals in Vegas this past week! From taking classes, attending workshops and events, long hours of rehearsals and of course competing on stage - you’ve been putting in the WORK and we couldn’t be more proud of ya! Congrats ladies!

AHDP Recital 2026 was the PICTURE of perfection and fun! We had the best time seeing our dancers shine on the stage and cranking out one spectacular performance after another, and could not be more proud of each one of them. From baby ballerinas taking their precious first steps on the stage, to our seniors giving their final striking performances - and everyone in between - it was a show to remember! Thank you to all of our incredible teachers, staff and crew who worked so hard to make our show go off without a hitch (even in a brand new space full of firsts and unknowns)! And to our students and parents - we love and appreciate you all so very much! Thank you for trusting us with your dance training and being part of our ahdp dance family. It is truly about so much more than just dance and we are forever thankful to have you all as part of it. One final shoutout of the season to all of the choreographers who created such works of art for us to perform - we are blessed to get to represent each of your visions!

STANDOUT STUDENT ALERT! Our final standout student of the 2025-26 season is Ozzie! She has been bringing the SASS and PIZAZZ all year long, and growing both as a student, and as a dancer! We are proud of your hard work Ozzie. Keep it up!
