🏁 Weekend Wrap-Up – Eagle Mini E Raceway 🏁
Saturday night at Eagle Mini E Raceway was a night of highs, lows, and plenty of racing action for the Halvorsen Racing Team!
Caden’s night in the Adult Clone class was filled with tough luck. Mechanical issues in the heat race saw him start 1st and finish 7th. Then, after battling tire issues in the B Feature, he worked his way from the 10th starting position to finish 8th.
But the story didn’t end there! 💙🏁
Caden found some serious speed in the Blue Wazoom. Starting on the pole of the B Feature, he put together a strong run and crossed the line in 2nd, earning himself the pole position for the A Feature. After a hard-fought battle up front, he held his ground and drove the #11 to Victory Lane! 🏆🥇
Ely had a blast as always in the Juice Box class and, true to form, managed to find every mud puddle he could! 😆 Unfortunately, his racing season was cut short after taking a fall and breaking his arm. Thankfully, he’s in good spirits and already talking about getting back behind the wheel. If you know Ely, you know a broken arm isn’t going to slow him down for long! 💪
With no races in Crete this weekend due to Father’s Day, we were able to spend some much-needed family time celebrating Dad.
A belated Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there, especially the one we’re blessed to have who makes all of this possible. From loading trailers and turning wrenches to cheering from the sidelines, we couldn’t do it without you. ❤️
