Join us for this month's PT Education Night! On June 16th, we will be diving into the real causes of your pain. Most people assume pain means something is damaged, weak, or "out of place." In reality, pain is often much more complex.
During this workshop, we'll discuss the most common reasons people experience back, knee, and hip pain: including movement limitations, strength deficits, training errors, lifestyle factors, and how the nervous system influences pain. 🙌🏼
