Self care is such a trendy phrase. But what does it really mean? It easy to think it means nails, and massages, and me time but sometimes it means doing the hard work that will make your life better in the future. You can do self care alone or with others! At Yoga Om we love community and strengthening our bodies, and soils together. What self care do you take for yourself daily? Do you want some help or suggestions catered to you?
