🚨 FISHING IS NOT OVER, ALASKA!

Just because the temperatures are dropping doesn’t mean it’s time to hang up your gear! We’re still seeing some FANTASTIC fishing opportunities across Southcentral Alaska! 🔥

🐟 PARKS HIGHWAY STREAMS: The fish have made their way down into the Big Su, Talkeetna, and Chulitna rivers. Sculpins are BACK in the game, bugs are back in the game — bring the whole box and be ready to switch things up!

🐟 KENAI RIVER: Still fishing GREAT! Flesh and beads continue to produce, but don’t overlook those sculpin patterns!

🐟 STEELHEAD: Fishing has been productive on Deep Creek, Anchor River, and the Kasilof! If you’ve been thinking about getting out, DON’T MISS IT!

🐟 LAKES: Still fishing GREAT! Plenty of opportunities to get out and make a few more memories before freeze-up.

Fall fishing is still going strong, but the season is changing fast! 🍂

🐟 Talkeetna & Parks Hwy: The Parks Hwy streams are running clear and fishing well! Trout and dollies are moving downstream, so focus on the lower stretches. Fresh and dead egg beads, flesh patterns, and sculpins are the ticket!

🔥 Kenai River: Fishing has been fantastic! Trout and dollies continue to keep anglers busy!

🎣 Steelhead: Steelhead season is underway, and fishing has been looking good!

🐟 Lakes: Lake fishing has been GREAT! Get out and take advantage of the excellent fishing before freeze-up!

❄️ Winter is Coming! It’s time to start thinking ice fishing, winter gear, and getting those tackle boxes stocked for the next season!
