Wild Alaska Outfitters is growing for another incredible season of remote moose and bear combo hunts, and we’re looking for hardworking, dedicated Guides and Packers to join our team in the Alaska wilderness.

If you thrive where there’s no road, no cell service, and every day brings a new adventure, we want to hear from you.

🦌 Guide Positions

* Must be a licensed Alaska Assistant Guide (or higher).
* Lead and assist clients on remote backcountry hunts.
* Prioritize client safety and ethical hunting practices.
* Navigate challenging terrain and changing weather.
* Manage camp operations, game care, meat handling, and trophy preparation.
* Cook meals in a remote camp setting.
* Work alongside an experienced team to provide a first-class hunting experience.

🎒 Packer Positions

* Assist with camp setup and breakdown.
* Pack gear, meat, and trophies through rugged backcountry.
* Help maintain camp, equipment, and supplies.
* Support guides and clients throughout the hunt.
* Cook meals in a remote camp setting.
* Be prepared for physically demanding work in remote wilderness.

We’re Looking for People Who:

✔️ Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
✔️ Are physically fit and ready for long days in rugged country.
✔️ Work well as part of a team.
✔️ Have wilderness experience, navigation, and first aid skills (preferred).
✔️ Are passionate about Alaska, wildlife, and the outdoors.

Happy 4th of July 🇺🇸

This year reminded us that doing something good can sometimes bring unexpected criticism — but we would do it again in a heartbeat. It was an honor to host a veteran Nitro_Outdoors on a successful Alaska hunt and give back to someone who served our country and protected the freedoms we all enjoy today. This. This right here is what it's all about.

Years ago, a few of our founders had an idea: What if we built an app for snow removal that worked like Uber for both homeowners and snow contractors?

As we built Plow Pros, we started to realize the potential wasn't just in making snow removal easier. We could use it to do something much bigger.

The question became, what if we could provide free snow removal for veterans across the country while making sure local contractors still got paid for doing the work?

Every dollar that's gone into building Plow Pros has come out of our own pockets. We've taken out HELOCs, cashed in retirement, and invested everything we could because we believe in what we're building.

Then we asked ourselves another question: How do we show people we're serious?

We're already involved with our local veteran community, providing firewood to veterans in need. But we wanted to do something bigger. So we partnered with Operation ReBoot OutDoors and Wild Alaska Outfitters to send one deserving veteran on an all-expenses-paid grizzly hunt in Alaska.

Today, that veteran harvested his grizzly. Congrats John Knight

This wasn't just about a hunt. It was about showing our commitment to the men and women who served our country.

Now we're working with three veteran organizations across the United States as we build something even bigger. Our mission isn't just free snow removal or firewood. It's creating long-term support for veterans who often leave the military with little more than a handshake and a "good luck."
