1️⃣ Prioritize Strength Training
Building muscle helps boost metabolism, improve mobility, increase bone density, and keep you strong for life. Start with weights that challenge you while allowing good form.

2️⃣ Stay Consistent
Fitness isn't about being perfect—it's about showing up. A regular workout routine, even a few days a week, is what creates lasting results.

3️⃣ Fuel Your Body
Eat enough protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to support your energy, recovery, and performance. Don't forget to stay hydrated!

4️⃣ Prioritize Recovery
Sleep, rest days, and mobility work are just as important as the workouts themselves. Recovery is where your body adapts and gets stronger.

5️⃣ Master the Basics
Squats, deadlifts, push-ups, rows, and carries build the foundation for strength and fitness. Focus on quality movement before adding more weight or intensity.

🔥 This Week at CrossFit Salty North 🔥

We're taking on Mayhem Classic-inspired workouts all week long! Expect fun, challenging conditioning, teamwork, and plenty of opportunities to test your fitness while having a great time with the community. 🙌

🏃 Monday: Lunges, jump rope, and a Coremile run challenge
💪 Tuesday: Squats, pull-ups, and gymnastics skills
🔥 Wednesday: Burpee Challenge + the classic benchmark "Randy"
🚴 Thursday: Machines, core work, and toes-to-bar progressions
🤸 Friday: Rope climbs, handstands, and front squats
🤝 Saturday: Team-of-3 workout with running, biking, and burpee box get-overs

Expect a little grit, a lot of sweat, and plenty of high-fives along the way. Every workout is scalable, beginner-friendly, and coached from start to finish.

The season might be over… but this is where athletes are made.

We’re kicking off our Off-Season Dryland Training at CFSN starting Now through August 27—and this is where we build the foundation for next season.

If your athlete wants to come back stronger, faster, and more confident on the ice, this is the time to put in the work.

💪 What we’re building:
✔️ Full-body strength that translates to skating
✔️ Explosive power for first-step speed
✔️ Agility + change of direction
✔️ Conditioning to outlast the competition
✔️ Mobility for better movement + fewer injuries

We’ll also safely introduce foundational lifts like squats & deadlifts to build real strength that carries over to the ice.

📅 Program Details:
📆 2x/week (Tues/Thurs)
⏰ 4:30–5:30 PM or 7:00–8:00 PM
💲 $75/month
✅ Month-to-month (no contracts)
