🎃Happy Halloween, Metanoia🎃 Today’s bootcamp with Krystle was Pumpkin Party Pyramid. No pumpkins were harmed in this workout, though one did get tossed across the room 🤣 Thanks for waking up and bringing your pumpkin buddy this morning.
