3 reasons you’re not seeing results (even though you feel like you’re trying):

1️⃣ You’re not being consistent
A couple good workouts a week won’t outweigh the days you skip or fall off. Progress comes from stacking small wins over time.

2️⃣ You’re doing random workouts
Jumping from workout to workout with no plan = no direction. Your body needs structure to actually change.

3️⃣ You’re underestimating the basics
Not enough protein, not enough water, not enough sleep… these matter more than any “perfect” workout.

You don’t need to do more—you need to do the right things consistently.

Consistency > Perfection

You don’t need a perfect diet.
You don’t need 2-hour workouts.
You don’t need to “start over” every Monday.

You need habits you can actually stick to.

✔️ 30–40 minute workouts
✔️ Protein at every meal
✔️ More water
✔️ Steps after dinner
✔️ Strength training 2–4x/week

That’s it.

Lifestyle changes that are doable will always beat extreme plans you can’t maintain.

I’ve been preaching this since 2020- still eating cupcakes and maybe too much ice cream, but finding a balance and continuing to move my body most days. It’s 2026, I’ve gotten married, changes jobs from active to sedentary, had a baby, and I’ve continued the consistency and maintained my weight loss. It’s doable.

Perfection burns you out.
Consistency builds results.
