Some opinions are unpopular. Some are just facts.

—The hardest part is getting here.
—The music matters.
—The people make the place.
—And one more round never hurt anyone.

If you know, you know. If you don’t, there’s a pretty easy way to find out. 💪🏼

We can’t believe we’re saying this, but October is almost over. 😅

That means it’s your LAST WEEK to bring a friend to OTR for a free class!

If they join this month:
—You get 10% off next month’s membership
—They get 10% off their first month

If you’ve been saying “you should come to a class with me” for the last three months… this is your moment. 👀

What makes the Mamba Mentality so special? It’s the understanding that there’s always more to learn, no matter how good you are, or how long you’ve been doing it.

We see that at OTR every day. In the person learning their first combination, the fighter working through a tough round, and the member who keeps coming back to get a little stronger.

Different people. Different goals. Nobody standing still. That’s the kind of mindset that we’re proud to have at our gym.

The countdown is on—Anna steps into the ring for Haymakers for Hope on October 14, and before then, we’ve got women’s sparring this Sunday at 10 am.

Bring your rounds. Bring your gym. Bring your Sunday morning energy. 🥊

And because good gear matters, STING SPORTS is a proud sponsor of Haymakers for Hope and USA Boxing, and they’ve outfitted all of this year’s fighters with new gear—including Anna.

We’ve got 10% off Sting gear for our On The Ropes crew through the link in our bio. Discount is automatically applied at checkout or use code ONTHEROPES10 if discount is not applied in cart.

Thank you Sting! We can’t wait to see everyone in their new gear. 🫶🏼
