Thank you ALL for making our last day of business such an amazing one! Words cannot even come close to expressing how grateful we are for you all. Our members are what made Empowered Fitness & Wellness the place that it was. Our community became like family! More than just a fitness and wellness studio, Empowered was a welcoming, safe space, and home away from home to many. Above all else, that was the vision Erin & Lauren had for Empowered Fitness & Wellness. A place for community, friendship and family! You all are what made that dream a reality. Thank you for all of your support over the years. Thank you for your dedication to yourself, your health and crushing goals with us at Empowered! We can’t wait to see everyone’s continued progress and successes 💚💙

Yoga Nidra Meditation is a 1 hour guided meditation promoting 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to mind & body. 🙏🏼 Bring whatever allows you to be 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 (𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀, 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝗲𝘁𝗰.) as you will be laying on the mat the entire time.

Due to low attendance sign up, I’m cancelling the Glow & Flow scheduled for tomorrow night. I know it’s a busy time of year for everyone so I totally get it! Hopefully I’ll have the opportunity to teach this somewhere else in the near future. Hope you all have THE BEST Christmas 💚❤️
