Well, the info is making its rounds 😉 The Usual Baggers will be back directing this upcoming ACL season, with me (Mary) at the helm of State Director for Massachusetts. I understand this is a big change in the state of MA for a lot of players, and hope to provide the same environment players have gotten comfortable with. I have to thank Carrie Shilale for all the years of dedication she put behind directing. It's not an easy job, and she did it every event with a smile.
I've heard from all of you regarding the positives and the negatives when it comes to the ACL in our area. There will be changes coming in how I run things, basically starting over from scratch to revamp my events. And to answer your questions, YES I will be doing pics and recaps after each event. This is 1 thing I know from last season that I needed to change.
Hopefully we'll be working with some sponsors to kick the season off. First regional is scheduled so please keep an eye out for the information. Let's all kick off the 26/27 season with a bang!

We gave up on podiums a long time ago, but since this was the last ACL regional for the 25/26 season, why not do podiums?

Tiers 1-4 doubles had to be combined due to some last minute back-outs and I want to thank everyone for being extremely understanding with this.

Thanks to everyone who came out to support, and thank you to the Wolves Den for accommodating us. Plymouth County Co****le were gracious enough to leave their boards out, and they were perfect on Saturday!

I've been asked if I plan to come back as a director next season. The answer is, maybe. Word on the street is a few have expressed interest, so maybe it's time to pass the torch on the South Shore. It is not as easy as everyone thinks it is, you don't just hit a button and you're up and running. It's time consuming. It's stressful. It will make you question your sanity. But if you're in it for the right reason, it's worth it. Only time will tell, and you'll see the director announcements in July :)

Update for tomorrow's regional! We have enough numbers to run the regional with tier combinations.
Tiers 1 & 2 doubles-Combined
Tiers 3 & 4 doubles-Combined
Tiers 1 & 2 singles-Combined

I've had a few people ask about Sit N Go's, the answer is yes and will be $10pp cash.

Please don't forget that there is a $5 door fee when you arrive that goes directly to the venue.

Doors open at 9, bags fly for doubles at 10AM!

Numbers so far for Saturdays regional. Tiers 1 & 2 will most likely be combined. Tiers 3 & 4 are in jeopardy of being combined with the upper Tiers. YES, we know Squad Wars and the Tri-State are this weekend. NO, we did not know this when we did our schedule back in August. If you're planning on attending this regional, please make sure and register ahead of time to prevent any Tiers from being canceled or combined. Registration must be through your ACL wallet.

Registration is now OPEN for the last regional of the ACL season! We will be running this regional at the Wolves Den, 340 Oak St, Pembroke MA! Saturday June 27, 2026, doors open at 9 a.m. with all tier doubles starting at 10 a.m. All tier singles will start around 1:30 p.m. There will be a $5 door fee collected upon entry. Please register and pay through your ACL wallet, cash registration will be accepted in certain circumstances. Go to www.iplayacl.com, click on the event registration tab, regional events, search for the Usual Baggers, and then complete your registration there 😀

Hey everyone. We didn't want to make this post, but we will no longer be hosting events. Unfortunately due to this, both regionals for May & June are canceled. We apologize to anyone who needs these regionals for your ACL season. We want to thank everyone who has supported us throughout the years. We will hopefully see everyone at events across the community.
