We have a full schedule this week with 4 classes including our monthly Wednesday Athleta downtown class and Saturday class with our Moms Morning out on Saturday morning! Join us on Saturday for a fun Moms Morning Out on Saturday June 20th at 9:15 at Arbolado Park! Join us for Bootcamp at 9:15am (kids welcome too) and then after class from 10:15am-12:15pm one of our Bootcamp Mom’s Sarah will be doing a jewelry station with permanent bracelets,necklaces,rings etc. with her company Prosecco Rose Boutique | Permanent Jewelry | Accessories . I will be bringing mimosas too! Sarah will offer all bootcamp moms 10% off any purchase and she accepts cash, credit card, Apple Pay and venmo! You can sign up for class Saturday June 20th in your online account and please also register for the event under the events tab so we can get a headcount for jewelry and mimosas too!

Wednesday we are back at Heather Farms at 9:15 and Friday back at Arbolado at 9:15! Saturday morning 9:30 Arbolado is RSVP and we need four people signed up to hold class by Friday at 5 PM! Please note Monday’s class this week will start at 9:30 and Friday’s class will start at 9 AM for this week only! Join us this Friday May 15th for a fun weights workout at 9:30am at Arbolado Park and then a Moms Mental Health Chat after class with one of our bootcamp moms Samantha Schaefer, a LCSW, PMH-C therapist, will be joining us to talk about the mental load of motherhood, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and more.
