Success leaves clues.

One of the biggest lessons Sommar has learned on her wellness journey is that accountability matters.

Not because she can’t do it on her own—but because thriving is easier when you have people in your corner who challenge you, support you, and remind you of who you’re becoming when life gets busy.

She often jokes that I’m part of her “Wellness Board of Directors,” but there’s truth in that.

The women who experience lasting transformation rarely do it alone. They build community. They ask for support. They create accountability. They surround themselves with people who want to see them win.

At HLS Collective, we’re not just building healthier habits. We’re building a community where women can grow, evolve, and thrive together.

Since when did rest become a reward for crushing yourself with commitments, work, and family duties? 👀 How many times have you said, I'll rest once I finish....

That is hustle culture talking and it's silently costing you BIG TIME! Lack of sleep causes you to overeat or in some cases crash out from not eating at all. Look, no one wants to think about having a heart attack or stroke but with your stress levels, poor eating, and lack of sleep, that's where you're heading. Rest is a strategy. Recovery is part of the work. And building a movement practice that supports your body for life means knowing when to push and when to pull back.
