Over the last several months, I’ve met with women who wanted help improving their health but weren’t necessarily looking for a gym or personal training program.
Some already exercise on their own.
Some walk regularly.
Some belong to another gym.
Some simply aren’t ready to start a workout program yet.
What they all had in common was this:
They wanted help eating better, sleeping better, managing stress, creating healthier habits, and finally finding some consistency.
So I’ve decided to add a new coaching option called Balanced for Me.
Balanced for Me is designed for women who want support with nutrition, sleep, stress management, accountability, and overall wellness without a structured exercise program.
Because sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t knowing what to do.
It’s finding a way to do it consistently in the middle of a busy life.
