Beyond the Net Training Beyond the Net Training Performance Program is designed to develop sport specific skills at all leve Field hockey players require a high level of athleticism.

Beyond the Net Training is Hampton Roads first and only training program designed for the female athlete. This complete program focuses on prevention of injuries and the development of physical intelligence for the female athlete. You will increase breakaway speed, dynamic agility, and achieve battle-winning strength. Beyond the Net Training programs integrate the physical components necessary to develop everything the female athlete needs to take her game to the next level.
