A message from Tom Purcell~

After twelve years in Town Center, I have joined the Simon Family JCC as the Fitness and Membership Director near Town Center. We are moving Town Center Fitness operations to The Simon Family JCC.

What do you need to do?

Town Center Fitness members will maintain the same membership rate as you are paying now at Town Center. To join the Simon Family JCC as a member, please fill out the attached membership form and submit to Simon Family JCC. After obtaining your new membership with Simon Family JCC you will have a 30 day notice to cancel for up to (12) months at any time. You will be able to work out for FREE from now until December 2016.

You can continue to work out, train, and enjoy our facility during this transition. We will be closing our Town Center location the week of: November 25, 2016. You can also try out the Simon Family JCC during this time period for FREE.

If you haven't been to the Simon Family JCC at 5000 Corporate Woods Virginia Beach, VA 23462, please come by for a tour and work out. You may also feel free to contact the Simon Family JCC at (757)321-2338 or feel free to visit our website, www.simonfamilyjcc.org

* Three indoor pools, including a lap pool, children's pool, and therapy pool

* Drop-in babysitting service at no extra charge

Moving to the Simon Family JCC will provide the same dedication and customer service you have enjoyed at Town Center and will provide more space and amenities for you to enjoy.

Wake up and work out on Mondays with our Zumba/Zumba Toning class from 6:45 to 7:30 a.m.
It’s a great way to burn calories and start your week off on a positive note.
No dance experience necessary!

Sunday is the day that most of us start thinking about what we need to accomplish in the coming week. Work projects,household projects, things with the kids......thinking about your fitness plans for the week should be part of this too.
Success rarely comes without planning.
Plan when you are going to come workout and what you will do for a workout.
