Get a plan, or drop-in and get reps in on YOUR schedule! Check the schedule and plan a structured session with your trainer, or just get up there on your own to pass some time!

We would like to inform you that VHL will be organizing two camps this summer! Stay tuned for more details.

Dates of the camps will be July 8-12 & July 15-19 ⚠️🏒

Attention‼️

Virginia Hockey Lab will start offering on ice session in Wytheville, Va with Coach Zemmy! Availability is wide open and If you’re interested please send us a message in DM!

We’re also offering morning sessions at Lancerlot on ice every Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 am with Coach Bremner.

On top of that Virginia Hockey Lab offers on ice session (depending on Lancerlot ice rink schedule) synthetic ice session & off ice training/workouts at our VHL facility inside of Lancerlot with Coach Andrew.
