And honestly, that’s pretty humbling.

Every single review represents a person who decided this place was worth talking about.

Some of you have been here for years.

Some of you are brand new.

Some of you have moved away and still cheer us on from a distance.

But all of you helped build what CrossFit Boiler Room has become.

A gym is just walls, barbells, and equipment.

The people are what make it special.

And that shirt means something too.

Our “Committed Club” shirts aren’t about being the fittest person in the room.

They’re about consistency.

Because honestly… the people who change the most usually aren’t the people going “all in” for 2 weeks.

That’s the culture we want in here.

“I’m barely eating… why am I not losing weight?”

Had this convo last week.

One meal a day.
3-day fast.
Fat loss shots.

“I only lost 3 pounds.”

Here’s the part most people don’t realize:

When you eat less…
your body also burns less.

You move less.
Your energy drops.
Your metabolism slows down.

So now you’ve got:
Less food coming in…
AND less going out.

That’s why people get stuck.

The answer isn’t eating less.

It’s being more consistent.

If you feel stuck right now…
you’re not broken.

This is what “don’t quit” looks like.



Mandy just knocked out 20 miles at Mammoth March this weekend…
finishing in under 7 hours.

But the best part?

The last time she did something like this… it took her out for months.



Most people would’ve backed off after that.

She didn’t.

She came back.
Stayed consistent.
Kept showing up.

And this time?

She finished it.



That’s the kind of quiet work that people don’t always see…
but it’s exactly what leads to moments like this.

Some people come in for a workout…

and end up finding something they didn’t even know they needed.



Consistency doesn’t always look intense.

If you know Magee… this makes total sense.

She’s one of those people that just shows up.
For her students.
For her family.
For everybody around her.

And yeah… she shows up here too.

Busy life. Early mornings. All of it.

Still finds a way.
