Wrapped up summer with a splash!

What an amazing summer of camps! From gymnastics and games to field trips, activities, and so much more, we loved having all of the kiddos spend their summer with us.

A huge thank you to all of our families for joining us and to our coaches for making each camp so much fun. We loved watching the kids make new friends, try new things, and create so many great memories along the way.

Many of our Team Capital athletes attended the UW Whitewater Gymnastics Camp this summer and had an incredible time! It has been so much fun seeing them come back excited to show off their new leotards, new skills, and everything they learned throughout the week.

Our Pullover Clinic is back on Friday, August 7th!

Join us for a clinic focused on one of the most important foundational skills on bars. Whether your gymnast is working toward their first pullover or looking to improve technique and confidence, this clinic provides individualized coaching in a fun and supportive environment.

Open to ages 5 to 18, and current Capital Gymnastics enrollment is not required.

We’re excited to kick off another summer of fun, flips, and new skills! Join us every Wednesday from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM for Open Gym, open to ages 6 to 14.
