Our Xcel Silver and Level 6 Banquet was full of laughter, games, and so much fun! We are incredibly proud of these gymnasts and everything they accomplished this season.

This year was one to remember. Four team records were broken, countless personal bests were achieved, and our Xcel Silver team earned an impressive 5th place finish at State!

We couldn’t be prouder of how much these athletes have grown. Their dedication, perseverance, and hard work truly paid off, and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish next season! 💙🤍

Confidence begins with preparation. Join us on Friday, May 29 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM for our Self Defense Workshop at Capital Gymnastics.

Participants ages 14 and up will learn valuable self defense techniques along with situational awareness, boundary setting, and assertive communication skills in a welcoming and empowering environment. This workshop is designed to help you feel more confident, prepared, and capable in everyday situations.

For just $10, you will gain practical tools that can make a lasting impact both mentally and physically.

We’re hiring for our competitive programs, including DP, Xcel, and Optionals. We offer DP Levels 2 through 4 and Xcel Bronze through Platinum, with athletes continuing to progress as our program expands.

What a weekend for our Silver team. Five first place finishes and 14 top three finishes to close out the season. We are so proud of the hard work this group has put in and loved watching it all come together. Excited to see what’s next for these athletes.
