This summer, we’re bringing the community together, one workout at a time.

We’ve teamed up with to host a FREE outdoor group fitness class on their lawn. Whether you’re a regular at the gym or just getting started, this one’s for you.

Come move, meet some amazing people, and stay for a cocktail or mocktail after. That’s what summer is all about, enjoying time with friends in the outdoors!

Led by Coach Maya. All levels welcome. No sign-up needed.

Coach Spotlight: Coach John 💪

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Coach John Offerman, one of the experienced and dedicated coaches at a wellbeing space.

John brings a lifelong passion for movement and a unique background that spans military service, higher education, and coaching. His approach is grounded, encouraging, and focused on helping people make meaningful progress toward their goals.

Whether you’re just getting started, returning to fitness, balancing life as a busy parent, or preparing for military, police, or fire academy training, John meets you where you are and helps you build confidence, strength, and resilience along the way.

John holds certifications through NSCA, ACE, the U.S. Marine Corps HITT Program, and TRX, and is committed to helping clients move better, get stronger, and perform at their best.

You can find John leading classes:

With our monthly membership, you’ll now have unlimited access to up to 15 classes each week, giving you more flexibility than ever to find a schedule that works for you.

Exercise is powerful, but community may be the real game changer.

This UK parkrun study found that when people feel supported, connected, and socially engaged, they report more energy and enjoyment during exercise. That boost in energy was linked to faster 5K times without feeling like they were working harder.

A great reminder that moving together can be good for both performance and wellbeing. 💚🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
