Kjersten was a NCAA Division I basketball and track athlete at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and is currently a drug-free professional bodybuilder. She received both her Neurobiolgy and Law degrees from the

University of Wisconsin, and now owns and operates Bakke Athletics and a successful law practice in Madison, Wisconsin. She continues to pursue a variety of interests and has learned a how to balance and manage a busy and successful life as a person, coach, and professional drug-free athlete. Kjersten's principle goal is to help her clients identify and achieve their personal best using many of the same tools she has developed and used throughout her life.

We are thrilled to be a participating location this year!

Last year, we introduced our new movement program for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders, Train Like a Movement Pro, and it was a HUGE success, so this year, we are bringing it back at EIGHT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS!!

This 6-week program is perfect for committed athletes who want to enhance their year-round sports performance, or for a kid who wants to become more confident moving in their body. The licensed trainers will use a variety of age-appropriate modalities to increase participants' strength, flexibility, and coordination while helping to develop healthy habits and confidence.
