SIGNUP DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12TH.
Join us for our upcoming Hyrox Simulation Event, coached by Personal Trainer Jake Negus, on August 15th.

Refreshments and products will be provided to all athletes with sauna and cold plunges on-site for recovery. The PWR Collective will have a recovery booth on site for athletes as well. Raffle prizes include a free Dexa scan, gift cards, training programs, and more!

When: August 15th 8am-10am
Deadline: August 12th EOD
Who: All levels!
What: A fun challenge to test yourself with a fitness race with a combination of running and functional fitness stations.
Cost: $50/person

Swipe to see progress: July (80 #) > September (210 #)

Meet Isaiah, my personal training client, whose goals when we first started working together were to increase strength and build muscle.

Here are his first trap bar deadlifts (80 #) with me in July, and swipe for his 210 # deadlifts in September! We only train together 2x a week, and he hasn’t made any other lifestyle changes beyond our sessions.

He has made tremendous progress since then, but I was scrolling through old photos and thought this was pretty cool 💪
