It is my mission to offer a safe, non-judgemental environment for women to feel accepted, supported, and valued as whole and creative individuals. My name is Darcie Litwicki and I am a professional life coach that offers women private life coaching, workshops to support explorations of self-awareness and authentic self, and equine assisted awareness within private coaching sessions and workshops.
I am passionate about supporting women as they explore ways to be more present to create the lives they wish to live. My horses are excellent at enhancing the work my clients do by their very nature of being present and reflecting back that which is not congruent to individual values and life balance. Conversely, the horses also show what is congruent and balanced. Women can schedule a free coaching session to see what we can do together. This allows women a chance to determine if my services will be a good fit for their needs. I believe my clients are whole, creative women that desire support in stepping fully into their own unique power and authentic selves. My coaching covers a wide variety of topics such as, but not limited to, life goals, professional goals, organizational skills, relationships, self-care, life transitions, communication skills, and much more. The horses are part of this process on an optional basis and can add deeper levels of processing and awareness to our coaching time. I offer several small in-person group workshops per year that cover a wide array of topics and always involve hands-on time with the horses. Although we don't ride the horses for these workshops, there are profound experiences and connections that deepen and enrich the workshop time through our horse interactions.
