Well… that’s a wrap. 💙🥎

As we reflect on this incredible journey that began in 2022, we're reminded that our collective passion was fueled by a singular purpose: empowering young women to unlock their potential, cultivate resilience, and develop a lifelong love for the game of softball. From day one, we knew it was about more than wins and losses – it was about nurturing confidence, character, and essential life skills that would forever shape their futures.

As we close this chapter, these remarkable young athletes have shown us what they're truly capable of by consistently rising to new challenges and pushing beyond their limits. They've proven that growth and progress often arise from embracing discomfort and persevering through adversity. It's clear that they're ready for the next level – and we couldn't be prouder.

Our goal was to create an environment that fostered learning, accountability, and unwavering support – a space where these young women could thrive both on and off the field. Witnessing this vision take shape has been an absolute privilege for our coaching staff.

To the players who entrusted us with your time, energy, and hearts, we're deeply grateful. To the parents who made countless sacrifices to support your daughters' passions, we couldn't have done it without you. And to the volunteers and coaches who invested their time and expertise into these young lives, your impact will be felt for years to come.

As this chapter comes to a close, we take comfort in knowing that the lessons, memories, and bonds forged during this journey will continue to inspire and uplift us all. I'm honored to have been a part of this Vader family, and I have immense confidence that the future holds bright promise for each and every one of these remarkable young women. Once a part of this Vader family, always a part of it.

16U had their last practice of the season this week! They showed up dressed in holiday pj's and sweaters, played games, ate pizza, and spent time growing the team bond. We missed everyone who couldn't make it. We can't wait for next season!
