Hours: (Classes are one hour long, including warm-up, instruction, and workout!)
M-F: 5:30 AM class
M-F: 9:00, 11:30, 4:30, 5:30
M-F: Open Gym available 3:15-4:30pm. Saturday: 9:00 AM
Kid Care available for the 4:30pm class M-F

☀️ AUGUST COMMITTED CLUB ☀️

Summer is BUSY. Vacations, kids being out of school, weekends away, late nights, BBQs, travel… there’s always something going on.

But these people made a commitment to themselves to keep showing up. 👏🏼
16+ classes in August means they found a way to make the gym a priority, even when life got busy.

That’s what the Committed Club is all about. Consistency over convenience. Showing up even when it’s not easy. 🫶🏼

12 YEARS OF CROSSFIT INGENUITY 🎉

A place where people show up on their best days, their hardest days, and everything in between. A place where PRs are celebrated, friendships are made, and nobody has to do this thing alone.

For the past 6 years, we’ve had the absolute honor of owning and growing this place. It’s been challenging, rewarding, exhausting, hilarious, and one of the greatest adventures we could have asked for.

Every coach who pours into our members.
Every athlete who walks through the doors.
Every person who has cheered someone on, stayed for one more rep, brought a friend, or simply showed up when it was hard.

You are what makes CrossFit Ingenuity what it is. 💙

We have a couple busy weeks over at CFI coming up!

🚒 This Saturday at 10:00AM we have our Jake Johnson memorial WOD. Jake’s family will be in attendance and we hope we can pack the house and show them how much Jake meant to all of us. Free to anyone!

🌟 Next Saturday August 22nd is our 2nd annual Glow Row Charity event! Sam and Jenn Dancer will be attending this. If you have a team and are not signed up yet, please do so ASAP so we can get to planning equipment and space set up. Registration link in bio.
