Oklahoma summer gives you two workout options...

🌅 Morning: High humidity.
🌇 Evening: High dew points.

Either way... you're going to sweat.

Our morning and evening groups showed up anyway.

That's what training is all about. We can't control the weather, but we can control whether we show up. Every workout in the Oklahoma heat builds fitness, resilience, and confidence that will pay off when cooler miles arrive.

The Magic Mile is one of the tools that makes our training different.

It's a one-mile time trial that helps our coaches determine the right training pace and run-walk intervals for every member. Instead of guessing how hard you should train, your workouts are based on your current fitness.
