When grief
first came knocking,
I thought I had
two choices.

I could lock the door.
close the blinds.
Activate alarms
And shut it out.
But I still
lived in fear
of its intrusion,
of it finding a way
around my security systems,
around my defenses.

Or, I could invite it over
for morning coffee.
I would set the terms.
Block out the time.
I would get my house in order
and sit beside it,
let it say its piece
and send it away
as quickly as it came.

But grief doesn’t care much
for schedules
or facades.
An unexpected visitor
who comes and goes
as it pleases.

So, now I’m learning
another way.
When grief comes to visit,
I leave the door unlocked.
Sometimes, it
Frantically storms in.
Sometimes, it taps quietly on
the door waiting for
my response.

But, I’m learning to let it in.
To sit with it.
To see it.
To feel it.

So now,
When grief knocks,
I let it in.

I let it in.

Let’s make today all about love. This encompasses all forms. Self love, is the area where so many people are lacking.
Do the little things for you today or do that one thing on the dream list.
Send love to your friends, family, those in your heart circle and those in your social circle.
Everyone needs that love light in these times. Just take a moment over coffee and send an intention that everyone you name is to receive love today to assist them in healing.
I wonder if we all do this together with pureness of heart what the world would look like from above. Would we be able to see the light journeys as they encapsulate the world?
I like that thought.

There is something immensely beautiful about people who continue to choose kindness, honesty, and compassion after life has given them every reason not to. Not because they are weak, but because they understand that becoming hardened is not the same as becoming strong.

The world may leave its marks upon us, but it does not have to define the shape of our hearts.

May YOU always protect that quiet light within you…the one that sees clearly, loves deeply, and remains true to itself regardless of what storms pass through.

Living Beyond the Grey

Survival instincts are embedded within our cellular structure from ancient times. Lifetimes of surging forward, and many shaped by retreat.

In moments of chaos, we often find ourselves slipping deeper into survival mode. But what lies at the root of that response? Fear.

Fear has served humanity well. It has protected us, guided us, and helped us endure. Yet we have evolved. There comes a point where fear is no longer meant to lead the way.

The release of fear begins with a simple word: trust.

Simple in its meaning, perhaps. Yet for many of us, trust can be one of the most difficult paths to navigate. I know it has been for me at times. But every small act of releasing fear, bit by bit, creates space for something greater. It allows us to bathe in the divine essence of who we truly are and reconnect with our soul's purpose.

Sit quietly and observe the places where fear still holds authority within you. Not with judgment, but with curiosity. Ask yourself what might happen if trust were invited into those spaces instead.

Less fear. More trust.

More trust. More love.

I believe we are here to be the worker bees of mankind…each of us contributing in our own way to the greater hive of human evolution. We are being called beyond the old paradigms of fear, separation, and scarcity, and into a deeper remembrance of our divine nature.

Much love to all of us for doing the good work, each in our own unique way.

Fear asks, “What if everything falls apart?”

Trust asks, “What if everything unfolds?”
