Congratulations to Adeline DePauw. She will be joining the Denison University Fencing team in the fall. She’s worked so hard and will be a great addition to their team!

Please give a Big Red welcome to our third women’s epee recruit for the 2026-27 season, Adeline DePauw! Adeline currently fences for Traverse City Fencing Club. She attended Traverse City West High School and Interlochen Arts Academy and most recently Northwestern Michigan College-so Adeline will be entering Denison as a sophomore where she hopes to major in Studio Art! Two fun facts about Adeline—she studies ASL in high school and she’s done a lot of community theatre! Welcome to the Denison fencing family, Adeline! We can’t wait to have you join us!

Our youth fencers really showed up for the Super Youth House Cup! They learned the ins and outs of how a fencing competition works. We are so proud of them!

We've got a fun youth cup event coming up for our unrated youth fencers on Thursday, May 7th at 5:30. It will be a fun, low stress event and a great way to see what a tournament is like. There will also be chocolate!
