5:30pm- 6:15pm kids class
6:30pm- 8pm MMA grappling with coach Zak

Wednesday:
6:30pm- 8pm MMA class with Sifu

Thursday:
5:30pm- 6:15pm kids class
6:30pm- 8pm MMA class with coach Shanon

Friday:
6pm- 7:30/8pm MMA class with coach Jacob

Saturday:
Sparring at Lawrence Fight Club

Sunday:
9:30am- 10:30am weapons class with Sifu
10:30am- 12:30pm MMA class with Sifu

Yesterday, we laid our teammate and brother, Dillion, to rest. Later that evening, our gym family came together for a balloon release in his memory.

Thank you to everyone who came out to honor Dillion and show your love and support. It was a beautiful reminder of the impact he had on so many of us.

We are honored to have known him and to call him our brother. We will carry his memory and his name with us always.
