Sad news… Bill Grant passed away today. RIP peace champ.🙏🏼🙏🏼💪🏼

He was born on September 27, 1946, and celebrated his 79th birthday in September 2025. Nicknamed the “Man of Steel”, the former Mr. America and Mr. World champion he continued to actively train and maintain an exceptionally fit physique throughout his life. Much respect Bill .

Creating the vision before Deezel Muscle became what it is today. This was 7 years ago. The goal was to get in my best shape with only what we had at DM .
DM - has grown so much since this pic. Now it’s about watching others build their best physiques .
It all started with a vision. Then consistency. Learn to love the process and everyday will be a blessing.

Albert Beckles- A huge inspiration to me,in this picture he was 61 and coming off a win at the Niagara Pro . He won 10 Pro championships and competed over a 100 times.
When I first started competing in 1991 he was on the scene and made us all aware of what our physiques were capable of if we stayed consistent.
Albert died yesterday he would of been 96 this year. Rest in peace Champ and thank you for all the motivation and memories. 🙏🏼🙏🏼💪🏼

Casey and Casey came all the way from Australia and spent 3 days training with us last week. Great energy, great people, hard workers… and they got to experience what really makes Deezelmuscle special — the community.

The equipment matters.
The workouts matter.
But the people are always the heartbeat of this place.
