SAVE THE DATE | Saturday June 6th

Join us at 9AM for a Bikram Yoga Class! This is an introduction to a new flow for our space that we hope we can bring to the studio more often.

This will be a Non-heated (or naturally heated from the
AZ Desert), 60 minute Bikram (or “26&2”) style yoga class with music
What’s the difference?

Bikram is a specific, deeply consistent, fixed sequence- 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that never change.

These postures are held for a period of time and aim to improve strength, balance, range of motion, cardiovascular health, discipline, mental focus

IMPORTANT: This will be our June community event so our usual group class at the gym will be canceled for this in its place. Join us, try something new, get a great workout.

Little late but never better for our April HWITR!

Aliesha is a force for our 5:30 AM Class. She’s consistently showing up with the sun even through long weeks of kids sports. Her high schoolers even join her for classes which is both a joy and honor but also awesome to see the family stay active together.
