Old Guy Tip: I find as I've gotten older, I have a harder time keeping my gear up on my waist where I like it. So I purchased these side suspenders that are accomplishing everything I wanted. Keeping my posture straight, distributing the weight load, and keeping me from always grabbing my holster pulling it up.
