YOUTH TRAINING AT SST ⚡️
Whether we’re working with a team on-site, coaching athletes in our small group classes, or helping them build confidence through one-on-one training, our goal is always the same: help young athletes develop a strong foundation and a love for training.
Our Youth Training program is designed for athletes in grades 3–6 and focuses on the fundamentals that set them up for long-term success:
