YOUTH TRAINING AT SST ⚡️

Whether we’re working with a team on-site, coaching athletes in our small group classes, or helping them build confidence through one-on-one training, our goal is always the same: help young athletes develop a strong foundation and a love for training.

Our Youth Training program is designed for athletes in grades 3–6 and focuses on the fundamentals that set them up for long-term success:

✅ Speed & Agility
✅ Coordination & Body Control
✅ Strength & Movement Patterns
✅ Confidence & Athletic Development

Every athlete starts somewhere. We meet them where they are, challenge them appropriately, and make training a positive experience that keeps them excited to come back.

Average squat max increase for our SST adults after last week’s max days: +30lbs 👀

That comes from consistent work, intentional athletic-based programming, and attention to detail. Proud of this crew and all the work behind these PRs. We know we missed some… shout yourself out in the comments!!! 👏

👏🏒 Lukas Kott & Billy Boyd jumped right in and are competing and moving well through reactive change of direction drills

👏🥊 victoria celis was bringing the absolute heeeeat with Coach Sam Poole

👏🏃🏽 Eli Winter & Jose Ramirez 🇭🇹🇩🇴 both PR’d their 35 yard max velocity sprints

👏🏋🏽‍♂️ Then the guys and Coach Matt Starks closed it out with a max effort lower body lift! 😤

Whether you’re stepping into the boxing world for the first time or looking to level up, this class builds on the core athletic skills that make great boxers: coordination, speed, power, and endurance. Expect a high-energy environment that pushes you physically while developing real, transferable skills!

📅 Schedule:
• Mondays - 6:30 - 7:30PM
