Our teachers are certified, gifted and excited to meet you. Wait until you meet the chickens. A modern, cozy loft style studio located in the heart of Ybor City in Tampa, Florida. There is a class for practitioners of all levels. We offer group classes, private sessions and yoga teacher training. All yoga instructors are fully certified with either a 200 or 500 hour teacher training certification

and registered with Yoga Alliance. No matter which class you attend, the instructors will provide modifications for each posture and incorporate props in order for all practitioners to find their fullest expression and edge within each pose. Street parking is available until 6PM. After 6PM, find 2-Hour Parking Spot or park in the metered parking lot just north of the railroad tracks (just a block away). There’s something special about being completely supported.

Restorative Aerial Yoga is your invitation to slow down, release tension, and experience the aerial hammock in an entirely different way.

Unlike a traditional aerial yoga class, Restorative Aerial stays low to the ground and focuses on gentle movement, supported stretches, mindful breathing, and longer-held restorative poses. The hammock cradles and supports your body, allowing you to relax more deeply and stretch with less effort.

It’s a wonderful practice for releasing tension in the back, hips, shoulders, and neck while giving yourself time to simply breathe and unwind.

First it was chicken yoga... now it’s goat yoga! 🐔➡️🐐 We might have a new favorite farm animal to practice with. 😂

We loved welcoming the incredible team from VEG ER for Pets to Yoga Loft while they were staying at Hotel Haya for their Florida meeting! Thank you to Kelly from Goat Yoga Tampa for bringing the cutest and furriest yoga assistants we’ve had yet.
