if this sounds all over the place that checks out lol
I think I’ve just realized recently that I need more output in my life and not just input that feels “productive”
and I’m actively trying to figure it out. but I spend a lot of time on computer screens, phone screen, work, information, noise, stimulation, etc and then the day goes by and I haven’t been giving myself enough real outlets for release of those things and my brain has been begging me to chill 😀
anyways I know being in the natural world, being connected to other human beings in person, creating, moving, laughing, are always the things that make me feel my best
here’s to getting back on other hobbies and not feeling mentally “on” all the time 😀😀😀
