There’s just something special about a girls getaway… but when your favorite girl is your mom, it’s even better. ❤️

We spent the weekend at Sunseeker Resort, and it was exactly what we needed — a chance to disconnect from everyday life, slow down and simply enjoy each other’s company.

We ate an incredible dinner at Stretto, relaxed and enjoyed all the perks of the resort, and I even got Mom to try a few new things — including some seriously delicious salmon bites!

But some of my favorite memories were the completely unplanned ones. Shopping our way through Fishermen’s Village and then running for cover from an afternoon Florida thunderstorm. Laughing our way through a ridiculous bathrobe photo shoot. Ending the night with wine, a movie and absolutely nowhere else we needed to be.

It was relaxing. Rejuvenating. And so much FUN.

I’m a big believer that sometimes you have to intentionally disconnect from the rest of the world to really reconnect with the people you love.

Highly recommend the girls getaway. But a girls getaway with your mom? Those memories are priceless. ❤️

This is Christina's story - and it's proof that the most powerful transformations begin when you choose yourself. 💗

After reconnecting with old friends at her high school reunion, Christina realized she wanted to feel happy, confident, and like herself again. She joined Forever FIT seeking accountability, and what happened next changed everything.

Christina is now 4-5 sizes smaller, full of energy, and completely transformed - mentally, emotionally, and physically. She's our Love Yourself First Award winner, and her journey is nothing short of inspiring.
