𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘆𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺:

1. You're not lifting heavy enough.
2. Poor form that no one has ever corrected.
3. You're goofin off.

Here at Reality Fitness. We meet you where are. Modification? Injury? You got it. But we're not going to let you just dog it just because.

And train accurately for them.

Of course these were all dramatic reenactments, but we've definitely seen some wonky things.

Unpopular opinion:

Your problem isn't that you're not doing enough cardio.

Your problem is that you've convinced yourself being exhausted = being effective.

Sweaty doesn't mean successful.

Out of breath doesn't mean productive.

And sore doesn't automatically mean you're getting results.

The people getting the best long-term results aren't trying to survive their workouts.

They're building muscle, eating protein, walking daily, sleeping well, and repeating that boring process over and over again.

We know.

Boring isn't sexy.

But neither is spending 6 months on the treadmill and ending up right where you started.
