Ben Gaal & A.P.E. provide sport specific training to athletes of all ages, sports and skill levels. All sports are welcome.

A.thletes P.erfecting E.xcellence is a strength training facility owned and operated by Ben Gaal. Formerly a strength and conditioning coach with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization, Ben has returned home to launch A.P.E. Strength Training operating out of the CNY Baseball Warehouse. With a Masters of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Ithaca College, and a nationally re

cognized certification, Ben has a thorough and knowledgeable background in strength training and athletics. Programs are designed specifically to individual needs incorporating conditioning, strength, agility, and injury prevention.
