Nansemond Swim Club

Nansemond Swim Club Nansemond Swim Club is a seasonal, member-supported pool open each summer from Memorial Day weekend We are a community, membership pool in North Suffolk, VA.

As the main attraction, ours is an almost 'round' pool with 6, 25 meter competition lanes in the center, a 12' deep end including a diving board, a shallow end and a fenced-in baby pool. Surrounding the pool is ample deck space for sunbathing. Our members also enjoy the snack bar, a sand volleyball area, a horseshoe pit, co****le, and swings. The Nansemond Sharks swim team calls our pool "home," and we offer group and private swim lessons. Excellent management and lifeguard staff.

☀️ That’s a wrap on Summer 2026 at Nansemond Swim Club! 💦

We are officially closed for the season after a fantastic summer filled with new member families, pickleball players, swim team members, parties, special events, and lots of memories made. Thank you to everyone who made this season so special!

🏖️ Thinking about joining us in 2027? Only a handful of new memberships remain, so don’t wait! Visit our website during the off-season for more information.

It’s hard to believe, but Labor Day Weekend is our FINAL weekend of the season! Come out and soak up those last rays of summertime, take one more dip in the pool, and enjoy one last weekend of fun with your Nansemond Swim Club family!

Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday, September 7: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Snack Bar: Please note that the Snack Bar will have limited options throughout the weekend, so plan accordingly.

Join us for one of our favorite summer traditions at Nansemond Swim Club. We'll start grilling at 5:30 p.m., so come early for dinner before we show The Sandlot at 8:15 p.m.
Snack Bar Specials
• $3 Grilled Cheese Burger
• $6 Combo (burger, chips & soda)
• Half-price candy during the movie!

Movie Night is free for NSC members, and guests of members are welcome for $6. Don't forget to bring a pool float or chair, and we'll see you Friday for a fun night at the pool!
